The honest version: all four look good on day one. The difference shows up in how much attention they want afterwards, and how they behave in a kitchen that actually gets used. Here is what we tell people at the measurement visit.
Shorter than most people expect. The old countertop comes off and the new one goes on in the same visit — the part that takes time is everything before install day, and none of that touches your kitchen.
We come to your home and capture exact square footage, cutouts and edge profile on site, then give you a written estimate. Removal of the old top and the install date are planned in the same visit. Free on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM.
Browse the slab library from home, then come to our Springfield facility and choose the actual slab going into your kitchen — not a sample chip.
Seams, cutouts and the edge profile are planned before anything is cut. Cutting, edge work and finishing happen in our own shop — nothing is handed to an outside shop.
Old top out, new top in, sink and faucet reconnected by the trades we always work with. We walk the finished job together before we leave.
You keep the care instructions for your surface and a number to call. Sealing intervals and everyday cleaning are written down for you.
Every timeline depends on the slab, the size of the job and the trades involved. We give you the schedule in writing with the quote, and if a date moves we are the ones who tell you.
None of these need special products. What they need is the right habit — and knowing which spill to wipe straight away.
You keep the care instructions after install, along with a number to call. If something happens later, you reach the same person who ran the job.
Free on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM.
