Countertops are our trade, and in a kitchen remodel they sit at the center of the job. Cabinet choice, counter height, sink position and island size all depend on each other — change one and the rest has to be recalculated. That is why we set the plan at one table and cut in our own shop.
In a bathroom every inch is already spoken for. Vanity top, shower surround and storage all compete in the same tight space, and a measuring error costs more than it does in a kitchen. So in bathrooms we work from an on-site template, not a plan.
The stone is ours; for cabinetry, flooring, tile, electrical and plumbing we have worked with the same trades for years. We run the schedule — the number you call stays the same.
Counter height, sink position and island size are all decided by the cabinet run. We plan both together, so the top is cut to the boxes that actually go in.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS →Our flooring crew knows the cabinet and counter heights from the start. Transitions and level changes are never a surprise on install day.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS →Backsplash and shower surround finish on the same line as the countertop. Our tile setter takes the counter dimensions from us — alignment is solved on the plan, not on site.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS →Outlets, under-cabinet lighting and the range circuit are set out before the top is templated, so nothing has to be cut or moved afterwards.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS →Our plumber is scheduled around install day; the sink and faucet are reconnected the same day. Your kitchen is not out of use for an extra day.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS →A remodel is not a one-person job, but it can be one person’s responsibility. The most common complaint in this trade is not knowing who answers when something slips.
Template, cutting, edge work and installation have been ours for 27 years. This part is never handed out.
We do not work with just anyone on cabinetry, flooring, tile, electrical and plumbing. Working with the same trades means we know how the job will finish before it starts.
Who comes which day, in what order, and who tells you when something slips — all of it sits with Murat. You never chase the crews.
